Spencer Schumacher is a Director and a senior member of BGL’s Consumer investment banking team focusing on Branded Consumer Products, B2B ecommerce, and DTC eCommerce. He advises clients on mergers & acquisitions, financial restructuring, and other advisory services for the middle market. Prior to joining BGL, he served as an Investment Banking Analyst at First Analysis.
