The ranking reflects the strength of the firm’s culture and ability to provide its summer analysts with meaningful, hands-on experience that gives them the tools and confidence to pursue a career in investment banking. The rankings were derived from Vault’s 2025 summer intern investment banking survey, in which interns were asked to rate their internship on a combination of factors—quality of life, compensation and benefits, the interview process, career development, and full-time employment prospects– along with their views of BGL’s prestige relative to peers.

BGL is proud to have been recognized as a Top 100 Internship Program by Yello and Way Up in 2025 – a reflection of the meaningful experiences, hands-on learning, and professional growth opportunities our interns receive. This year’s list drew hundreds of nominations from employers of all sizes and industries. In addition to more than 115,000 public votes, a panel of industry experts evaluated anonymized submissions on key factors, including intern engagement, career conversion opportunities, professional development, and company culture.

BGL is proud to announce that our Summer Analyst Program has been named one of the Top 20 Winners in Abode’s inaugural Early-Career Engagement Awards. Abode, a talent experience platform that helps enterprise HR, L&D, and talent acquisition teams recruit, engage, and develop employees across the full talent lifecycle, named BGL as a Top 20 Overall Excellence Winner, which is given to programs recognized across all five award categories, including mentorship, keep-warm programming, community building, renege prevention, and intern-to-full-time conversion.
