(LogoSportswear), a portfolio company of Digital Fuel Capital, LLC and Gladstone Investment Corporation to Digital Room LLC (Digital Room), a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital. BGL’s Consumer Group served as exclusive financial advisor to LogoSportswear. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This transaction builds upon BGL’s market leadership position in advising e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies. LogoSportswear represents the second transaction for BGL’s Consumer Group in the e-commerce and DTC space in 2018.
Based in Wallingford, Connecticut, LogoSportswear is a rapidly growing e-commerce provider of custom promotional apparel.
