Chicago – November 6, 2018 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of Moskowitz Brothers, Inc. (Moskowitz Brothers) to Cohen. BGL’s Metals & Metals Processing Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Moskowitz Brothers in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
