Presented by the Transportation Lawyers Association, the 2026 Transportation Law Institute brings together attorneys, corporate counsel, and other industry professionals in the transportation industry.
BGL Managing Director Craig Decker, who leads the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Infrastructure investment banking team, will be speaking on a panel entitled, “A Fistful of Dollars: How to Properly Prepare Your Client for a Transaction,” on Friday, October 30th from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
The panel will examine how to prepare for a potential transaction from both seller and buyer perspectives. Panelists will cover the M&A process, practical transaction considerations, the parties’ time commitments, emotional challenges, and the costs required to see a deal through to completion.
