Craig M. Decker
Managing DirectorCraig Decker is a Managing Director and senior member of BGL’s Services and Infrastructure Investment Banking teams. He leads investment banking activities for the Supply Chain & Logistics Services and Transportation & Logistics Infrastructure sectors.
With more than 30 years of experience advising public and private companies, private equity firms, and infrastructure investors, Craig specializes in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial advisory services across the global transportation and logistics ecosystem. Craig is frequently quoted as a thought leader in leading trade and business publications, including CNBC, WorkBoat, Trucking Dive, Axios, and FreightWaves.
Prior to joining BGL, Craig was a Managing Director at Headhaul Capital Partners and founded CMD Advisory, an investment banking firm focused on providing comprehensive advisory and private capital services to public and private companies across all sub-sectors of the transportation industry. Previously in his career, Craig founded the investment banking group at Wolfe Capital Markets & Advisory, led the Transportation & Logistics Group at Morgan Keegan & Company, and was a senior coverage officer in the Transportation & Logistics Group at Credit Suisse, where he began his career in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
