Campus Recruiting

BGL is committed to supporting and recruiting high-quality college students for both our Summer Analyst and Analyst programs. While we actively recruit at select Midwest universities, we open our application process to students across the nation.

General Overview

Summer Analyst and Analyst Programs Overview

Our Summer Analyst program is intended for those entering their final year of undergraduate study. Students apply for this role during their sophomore year of college.

We aim to fill our Analyst program with returning summer analysts. If additional analysts are needed, those roles will be posted on our Careers Site and current seniors are encouraged to apply.

Summer Analysts

Our Summer Analyst internship program is designed for rising seniors to gain knowledge and experience in the investment banking industry in a robust and structured program.

Analysts

Our Analyst program brings together recent graduates from investment banking and finance programs at top universities throughout the country. The program kicks off with a two-week training period where Analyst Is get the opportunity to learn alongside one another and our bankers as well as our expert training partners.

Awards & Recognition

BGL is proud to have been recognized in Vault’s 2026 Internship Rankings as a Top 10 program for investment banking. The ranking reflects the strength of the firm’s culture and ability to provide its summer analysts with meaningful, hands-on experience that gives them the tools and confidence to pursue a career in investment banking. The rankings were derived from Vault’s 2025 summer intern investment banking survey, in which interns were asked to rate their internship on a combination of factors—quality of life, compensation and benefits, the interview process, career development, and full-time employment prospects– along with their views of BGL’s prestige relative to peers.
