BGL is committed to supporting and recruiting high-quality college students at the junior and senior levels for both our Summer Analyst and Analyst programs. While we actively recruit at select Midwest universities, we open our application process to all rising juniors and graduating seniors.

Our firm actively supports on-campus recruiting efforts and partnerships with investment banking student groups, career centers, and finance professors. Summer Analysts

Our Summer Analyst internship program is designed for rising seniors to gain knowledge and experience in the investment banking industry in a robust and structured program. The eight-week program typically starts in early to mid-June and ends in early to mid-August. During the program, each Summer Analyst intern will have a mentor who will serve as a guide and confidante and who will help shape the summer experience. The program begins with a training period and kick-off event where each Summer Analyst intern will get the chance to meet one another and network with senior bankers. At the end of the program, each participating office will host an end-of-summer event, where we will celebrate the Summer Analyst interns’ success and completion of the program.

Analysts

Our Analyst program brings together recent graduates from investment banking and finance programs at top universities throughout the country. The program kicks off with a two-week training period in mid-June, during which time BGL Analysts get the opportunity to learn alongside our Global M&A Partners from across the globe. It is a generalist program, and Analysts will be able to gain experience and knowledge across industries. The recruiting process typically begins a year in advance.
