The transaction was completed in connection with J.F. Lehman & Company’s acquisition of Tradewater LLC & Affiliates, establishing a new growth‑oriented environmental services platform addressing lifecycle management of industrial and refrigerant gases and the mitigation of uncontrolled sources of methane.
