The Property consists of approximately 25,500 square feet and is 100% leased to McLaren Bay Region Hospital (“McLaren”, a wholly owned subsidiary of McLaren Healthcare Corp. (Moody’s rated: Aa3). The tenant, McLaren Bay Region, is a designated affiliate and member of the Credit Group under the Master Indentures created for McLaren Healthcare Corps. bond issuances. The Building benefits from prime placement just a few miles outside central Bay City, adjacent to Great Lake Medical Center and one block south of the McLaren Bay Regional Hospital.
