Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce the sale of North Florida Dermatology Associates (NFDA) to Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS).  BGL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team initiated the transaction and served as the exclusive financial advisor to NFDA.  The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
