Tyler Leung

Tyler Leung is a Managing Director and a senior member within BGL’s Technology vertical. Tyler leads the firm’s investment banking activities in Insurance Software and Construction Software, where he advises management teams, boards of directors, and private equity teams on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, equity and debt capital raises, and other strategic matters.

Over the course of his career, Tyler has served as a strategic advisor to corporate and private equity clients on technology M&A and financing transactions. He has successfully advised on more than $60 billion of completed transactions.

Prior to joining BGL, he spent more than a decade at Rothschild & Co, where he helped grow the U.S. Technology investment banking franchise and West Coast presence. He has significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, cross-border transactions, capital raises, IPOs, and other strategic transactions.
