Sean P. Maynard
Managing Director
Sean Maynard is a Managing Director and co-leads BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate Team. Sean focuses on advising both institutional and private real estate investors as relates to the acquisition, disposition, financing, and recapitalization of healthcare real estate assets. Prior to this role, Sean was an Investment Banker and Director with BGL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other strategic assignments across several sectors including hospitals and health systems, specialty physician practices, and diagnostics. Prior to joining BGL, Sean served as a Senior Associate at Kaufman Hall, a nationwide healthcare consultancy, where he focused on M&A advisory associated with hospital, health system, and multi-specialty physician group transactions.
