Maximilian Bach

Maximilian (Max) Bach is a Director and senior member within BGL’s Industrials vertical, with significant experience advising clients across industrial technology, test  & measurement, and automation. 

Max brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the Industrials sector, encompassing over a decade of advising companies on M&A, strategic advisory, and capital-raising transactions, with six years of operational management. Prior to joining BGL, Max was a Director at Raymond James where he led investment banking activities within the Industrial Technology space. Previously, he was a Vice President at Credit Suisse’s Diversified Industrials Group, where he executed M&A, equity and debt underwritings for corporate and sponsor clients. Max began his career in operational roles within the Industrials sector across Europe and Asia.
