Lauren Clark
Managing DirectorLauren Clark is a Managing Director within BGL’s Infrastructure vertical, where she is the lead investment banker for the Digital Infrastructure practice. She advises public and private companies across the wireless, wireline, managed services, and broader digital infrastructure ecosystem.
Lauren has 15 years of investment banking experience focused on the digital infrastructure and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining BGL, Lauren was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where she advised clients across wireless carriers, towers, fiber, cable, ILECs, fixed wireless, in-building DAS, small cell, and satellite operators. She maintains deep relationships with financial sponsors, including infrastructure, pension, insurance, sovereign wealth, and real estate funds. Her experience spans both M&A and financing transactions, providing her with a broad perspective on the strategic and capital needs of companies across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.
