BGL Managing Director Anthony D. Delfre is featured in this article on the renovation of the Liberty Textile building.

On Thursday, March 25, 2021, the Cleveland Landmarks Commission approved the plan to renovate and restore the historic Warehouse District building and add 20 apartments. The commissioners unanimously approved a certificate of appropriateness for renovations to the building, which is owned by James Kassouf. BGL arranged financing for the Kassouf family for the project.
