Justin A. Wolfort

Justin Wolfort is a Managing Director and a leader within BGL’s Industrials vertical where he leads the firm’s Engineered Equipment investment banking team. Justin has over 20 years experience advising clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions transactions for companies that produce highly engineered equipment and machinery, sub-systems, and components used in a variety of end markets; this includes process and automation equipment, electronic, electrical, power and utility equipment, industrial technologies, finished production equipment, packaging and dispensing equipment, material flow control, capital equipment, emission control, HVACR systems and components,  material handling and conveyance, precision-engineered tools and machine componentry, clean technology, energy transition and decarbonization technology. Justin is a frequent thought leader and contributor in leading industry and financial publications.

Prior to joining BGL, Justin was a Director and founding member of Western Reserve Partners (now Citizens Capital Markets), where he led sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions and capital raise transactions across the Industrials sector. Previously, Justin worked in Corporate Strategy and Development at Cummins, Inc. (NYSE: CMI).  He began his career in corporate finance as an investment banking analyst with KeyBanc Capital Markets.
