MedPlast Has Grown Through M&A – Plastics News
BGL’s head of Industrials, Andrew Petryk moderated a panel at the Plastics in Medical Devices Conference in Cleveland, May 2014. Panelsists included Baird Capital partner Andrew Brickman and MedPlast Inc. CEO Harold Faig who have collaborated to grow the company into a diverse medical processor. BGL represented the sellers when MedPlast bought part of Allied Tech Products Corp. and Orthoplastics Ltd.
