Emerging Women Leaders: Navigating Your Future in Investment Banking Three-part Webinar Series

BGL’s Campus Recruiting team will be hosting a three-part virtual webinar series entitled, “Emerging Women Leaders: Navigating Your Future in Investment Banking,” for current female sophomores interested in pursuing a career in investment banking.

The webinar will take place during the following times:

• Session #1 – “Investment Banking 101” on Tuesday, October 15^th from 5 to 6 p.m. CT
• Session #2 – Panel: “Navigating Investment Banking as a Female” on Tuesday, November 12^th from 5 to 6 p.m. CT
• Session #3 –“Preparing for the Investment Banking Interview Process” on Tuesday, December 3^rd from 5 to 6 p.m. CT.

The series will cover foundational knowledge, career development insights, and practical tips for interviewing, equipping female participants with the tools and confidence to launch their careers. Female sophomores who participate in this series will be invited to apply for our 2026 Summer Analyst program and enter the interview process early.
