Cleveland, OH – September 12, 2018 – Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of the Crittenton Medical Plaza Portfolio (the "Properties" or "Portfolio"). BGL's Healthcare Investment Sales team served as the exclusive advisor to the sellers in the transaction.
The Properties, totaling approximately 36,064 rentable square feet, are located in Washington Township, Michigan and Sterling Heights, Michigan, and are strategically located to serve two key markets for the 233-bed Crittenton Hospital Medical Center (CHMC). CHMC, along with a medical staff of nearly 500 physicians, joined Ascension Health in October 2015 as the newest member of a network of five (5) health systems across the state. Both locations are located in strong medical corridors in proximity to several major hospitals. The Properties are anchored by Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, which occupies 40% of the Portfolio. CHMC offers laboratory services, physical therapy, and a laboratory draw station.
