BGL Expands Consumer Products & Retail Services Team
Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce the addition of Alexander N. Teeter as a director in its Consumer Products & Retail Services group.
Alex joins BGL from KeyBanc Capital Markets where he most recently served as a vice president in the Consumer & Retail Group and led the Home Environment Practice. Alex has experience providing financial and strategic advice to consumer products and retail services companies at all points of the value chain from manufacturers to retailers. His transaction experience with both public and private companies covers a broad range of financial advisory assignments, including buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, and financings. Prior to KeyBanc, Alex was a corporate and transactional attorney with the law firms Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP and WilmerHale LLP.
