BGL Announces the Sale of Environmental and Occupational Risk Management, Inc.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) announced today the sale of Environmental and Occupational Risk Management, Inc. (EORM or the Company) to U.K. based BSI Group (BSI).  BGL’s Environmental and Energy Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to EORM.  The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
