| Nico Bolzan specializes and focuses on mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity placement that includes restructuring and recapitalization transactions, emphasizing on direct and indirect real estate and alternative asset class industries. Nico has extensive operating experience at the asset and corporate levels ranging from both entrepreneurial and middle market sized companies in diverse alternative industry sectors. Prior to joining BGL, Nico was the managing partner at a real estate private equity firm focusing on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, investment management and expanding mortgage banking platforms. Nico has also held senior executive positions at private and public mortgage banking, real estate and financial services firms nationally. Throughout Nico’s career, he served as Director of Business and Corporate Development for a leading Internet and publishing company within both the media and technology sectors. |
