BGL leveraged its extensive contacts in the physical therapy industry to identify a highly-attractive acquisition candidate, PRO Physical Therapy (“PRO”), and to provide KRG and ATI with the exclusive opportunity to pursue the transaction. PRO is a regional provider of a broad range of outpatient physical therapy services, with locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. PRO’s service offering includes rehabilitation, sports medicine, orthopedic physical therapy, and aquatic therapy.
BGL supported KRG and ATI in their evaluation and analysis of the PRO opportunity, and facilitated an efficient due diligence process. The entire transaction was completed in approximately 10 weeks. |
