Due to the Company's impressive financial and operational gains over recent history, among other attributes, there was significant interest from a myriad of potential investors, including the financial and strategic buyer community, ABL financing community and sale-leaseback community. Ultimately, O’Neal Steel, which highly valued TW Metals' rich history, top-tier management team, market position in specialty metals and large distribution network, was selected to purchase TW Metals and work with existing management to continue to grow the Company.
