BGL Provides Heavy Lifting in Sale of InterLift Enterprises to Toyota Industries Corporation

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) announced today the sale of Interlift Enterprises, Inc. (ILE) to Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc., a division of Toyota Industries Corporation (TSE: 6201).

Established in 1978 and headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, ILE is the largest Toyota material handling dealer in Ohio, operating under the ILT Toyota-Lift, DMH Toyota-Lift, and JRC Toyota-Lift identities, and one of the most highly decorated in the United States.  ILE maintains the largest inventory of new and used Toyota forklifts, utility vehicles, tow tractors, order pickers, and warehousing fixtures and equipment in Ohio.
