June 30 2011

The BGL Industrials Insider addresses capital markets and mergers & acquisitions activity, financial and operating performance of certain publicly-traded companies, and trends and issues affecting the industry.

Capital goods is seeing a resurgence in M&A activity, as buyers look to time the market on the upswing of a recovering economy. Strategics are aggressively pursuing growth acquisitions.
